The inventive House of Music offers Strauss for young and old. Climb the piano stairway “Stairplay“ two steps at a time and you’ll hear the intervals at the start of the Blue Danube. One floor up, you can meet the Vienna Philharmonic and play a game of dice to compose your own waltz. The Strauss Room on the third floor lets you explore the world of the waltz and the traditional Viennese balls. Finally, the museum’s virtual conductor will put you on the rostrum to conduct the Philharmonic in a Blue Danube all your own.
