Supremely popular, The Blue Danube has figured prominently in film history. With Johann Strauss 2025 Wien, VIENNA SHORTS has organised an international contest for visual interpretations of the waltz that are both original and artistically ambitious. The winners will be presented at a gala on 28 May 2025 and again in July and August on the Rathausplatz.
